- David negotiated the deal with Blue Note records and oversaw the marketing for his album "No Beginning, No End"

- Has been compared to jazz vocalists and soul singers along the lines of Marvin Gaye and Barry White

- Currently José is touring non-stop and is quickly becoming a key artist at Jazz Festivals as well as playing venues normally associated with R&B and Rock acts.

Don Was

- DPE worked with Don Was for 20 years

- Was an artist and producer in the Grammy nominated group Was(Not Was)

- Don's producer credits include multiple Grammy nominations, and winning the Grammy as Producer of the Year in 1995

- Don has produced records by Bonnie Raitt, The Rolling Stones, Willie Nelson, Bob Dylan, Brian Wilson, and The B-52s among others 

- DPE also produced the Don Was directed Brian Wilson documentary "I Wasn't Made For These Times, which premiered at the Sundance Festival
